Compliance with fiscal management laws - Review - Affidavit

(a) After the public servant takes the necessary action for compliance with fiscal management laws of the State of Arkansas, he or she shall request the staff of the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee to review his or her corrective actions and to determine whether he or she is now in compliance with the above-named laws of the State of Arkansas. (b) If it is determined that he or she is in compliance, then this public servant should denote his or her compliance by signing a verified affidavit which contains a summary of the areas where deficiencies in the fiscal management of his or her responsibilities and duties were noted and all corrective actions that were taken or will be taken to effect compliance.
