State Historian's duties - Location of Black History Commission of Arkansas

(a) (1) The State Historian shall assist the Black History Commission of Arkansas in the performance of its duties and shall be the custodian of all property and reference and source materials of the commission. (2) The State Historian shall be charged with the duty of administering this subchapter. (b) The offices of the commission and the archives of its records shall be located with the records of the Arkansas State Archives. Amended by Act 2016EX3, No. 3,§ 112, eff. 7/1/2016.
