Applicability of subchapter

(a) The provisions of §§ 21-4-501 and 21-4-504 apply to: (1) Employees of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission; (2) Employees of the Arkansas Department of Transportation; (3) Classified employees of state-supported institutions of higher education; and (4) Employees of all agencies of this state whether in the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of government. (b) The provisions of this section or any amendments to this section shall not change any employee benefits or agreements established under § 6-57-103 , § 6-58-105 , or § 6-59-105 .
