Application for rehearing no stay of order

An application for rehearing pursuant to § 23-2-422 filed by a party aggrieved by an order of the Arkansas Public Service Commission entered pursuant to this subchapter shall not stay the effectiveness of the order of the commission. Acts 1981, No. 310, § 2; 1983, No. 262, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-217.2.
