A decision on whether to invest, not invest, or withdraw from investment the funds of the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System shall not be based on a consideration that the location of the investment, fund, company, or any other type of investment vehicle is in the State of Israel. Added by Act 2017, No. 770,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
