Qualifications of retail permittees

No permit shall be granted to any permittee by the state or any county or municipality to a person who is not a resident of the State of Arkansas on the date of application. Acts 1933 (1st Ex. Sess.), No. 7, § 24; Pope's Dig., § 14216; A.S.A. 1947, § 48-515; Acts 1991, No. 606, § 4.
