Accreditation - Duration - Renewal

(a) A certificate of accreditation shall be effective for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance, after which time the accreditation will lapse. (b) Accreditation may be renewed for additional periods of one (1) year's duration upon application for renewal made to the Division of Environmental Quality.
