Official statutory text

To the extent federal financial participation is available, the department shall, when determining eligibility for children under Section 1396a(l)(1)(D) of Title 42 of the United States Code, designate a birth date by which all children who have not attained the age of 19 years will meet the age requirement of Section 1396a(l)(1)(D) of Title 42 of the United States Code.
