Submission of collective bargaining agreement to the director.
Official statutory text
(a) Parties to a collective bargaining agreement covering classes of laborers or mechanics, which are included in the prevailing wage determinations made pursuant to this chapter, shall submit a copy of the agreement to the director within five days after execution of the agreement.
(b) Except as otherwise provided herein, the terms of agreement shall be kept confidential by the director. The director may disclose terms of the agreement to any federal or state agency for the purpose of enforcing this chapter. [L 1995, c 181, pt of §2; am L 2002, c 215, §4]
