Establishment.
Official statutory text
The department of business, economic development, and tourism shall establish a financial services assistance program for the purpose of promoting the growth and development of a financial services industry and other support services including the telecommunications infrastructure. The department may also hire contractors and consultants to effectuate the purpose of this chapter.
