Resetting of adjustment amount after increase in basic rates and charges for municipally owned utility

Official statutory text

Sec. 15. A municipally owned utility's adjustment rider approved under sections 10 and 12 of this chapter shall be reset to zero (0) upon the approval of new basic rates and charges for the utility by the commission in a general rate case in which the customer lead service line improvements are included in the utility's rate base.
