24-A §8. "Authorized," "unauthorized" insurer defined

1. Authorized insurer. An "authorized" insurer is one duly authorized to transact insurance in this State by a subsisting certificate of authority issued by the superintendent. [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW); PL 1973, c. 585, §12 (AMD).]
