38 §957. Use districts and classifications

Official statutory text

1. Classification. The land and water area within the Saco River Corridor shall be classified by the commission according to the following land and water use districts: A. Resource protection; [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] B. Limited residential; and [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] C. General development. [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).]

2. Use. Within each of these districts, the possible uses of land and water shall be divided into the following 3 categories: A. Uses for which no permit from the commission is required; [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] B. Uses allowed by permit; and [PL 1979, c. 459, §1 (NEW).] C. Prohibited uses.
