18-C §5-420. Inventory; records

1. Inventory. Not later than 90 days after appointment, a conservator shall prepare and file with the appointing court a detailed inventory of the conservatorship estate, together with an oath or affirmation that the inventory is believed to be complete and accurate as far as information permits. 2. Notice of filing of inventory. A conservator shall give notice of the filing of an inventory to the individual subject to conservatorship, all persons entitled to notice under section 5-411, subsection 5 or a subsequent order and other persons as the court determines. The notice must be given not later than 14 days after the filing. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
3. Records. A conservator shall keep records of the administration of the conservatorship estate and make them available for examination on reasonable request of the individual subject to conservatorship, a guardian of the individual or any person as the conservator or the court determines. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
