Public inspection of registration forms and documents; exemption.

Sec. 6.

Except as provided in subsection (2), registration forms and documents required to be filed with the attorney general under this act shall be open to public inspection as provided by the freedom of information act, Act No. 442 of the Public Acts of 1976, being sections 15.231 to 15.246 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

The addresses required to be provided under section 4(2) and 4(9) and as otherwise provided in section 18(6) shall be exempt from the provisions of Act No. 442 of the Public Acts of 1976.
