9.416. End Neighborhood Gun Violence Day, June 17. — June seventeenth each year is hereby designated as "End Neighborhood Gun Violence Day" in Missouri, in honor of Preston Ja'mon "Tink" Jones, Sr. Citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in appropriate events and activities to bring an end to gun violence in our communities.
