44-1-110 . Highway patrol administration state special revenue account. (1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the highway patrol administration account.
(2) Funds directed to the account by 15-70-403 (2)(b) and (3)(b) must be deposited in the account.
