§ 22.01. Special definitions. As used or referred to in this article,\nall terms shall have the meanings set forth in section 20.03 of this\nchapter, except that the following terms shall have the following\nmeanings:\n 1. "County" shall mean the county of Onondaga.\n 2. "County executive" shall mean the county executive of the county of\nOnondaga.\n 3. "Not-for-profit cultural organization" shall mean a not-for-profit\ncultural organization as defined in section 20.03 of this chapter which\nis located in the county of Onondaga.\n 4. "Facility" shall mean a facility for a not-for-profit cultural\norganization.\n 5. "Trust for cultural resources" or "trust" shall mean the trust for\ncultural resources of the county of Onondaga created by this article.\n
