Motion to correct pleadings

§ 1003. Motion to correct pleadings. Rule 3024 of the CPLR shall apply\nto motions to correct formal pleadings in this court, except that the\nnotice of motion shall be served within the time allowed for responding\nto the challenged pleading or, in the case of a pleading requiring no\nresponse, within ten days after the service of such pleading.\n
