§ 260. Division of housing and community renewal. The commissioner of\nhousing and community renewal appointed pursuant to the provisions of\nthe public housing law, shall be the head of the division of housing and\ncommunity renewal and shall have and exercise all the functions, powers\nand duties vested in him by that or any other law. The commissioner of\nhousing and community renewal shall receive a salary to be fixed by the\ngovernor within the amount appropriated therefor.\n
