§ 342-cc. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"Mayor Harvey W. Mansfield Highway". All that portion of the state\nhighway system beginning at the city line of the city of Johnstown on\nthe south and traveling generally northerly and northeasterly on state\nroute 30A to the city line of the city of Johnstown on the east shall be\ndesignated and known as the "Mayor Harvey W. Mansfield Highway."\n
