§ 2053-f. Certain county rights. The authority shall not (1) acquire\nor lease any interest in real property, or (2) accept or permit the\nacceptance at facilities owned or under contract with the authority of\nsolid waste originating outside the county, unless (i) at least\nforty-five days prior notice of the acquisition or lease of any interest\nin real property by the authority or any such acceptance of solid waste\noriginating outside the county shall have been given to the county\nlegislature, and (ii) no objection, by resolution of the county\nlegislature, shall have been made and delivered to the agency within\nsuch forty-five days.\n
