§ 1164. Consolidation of actions or proceedings. Actions or\nproceedings pending in the courts, or otherwise, to cancel a lien which\nis being foreclosed by a proceeding under this article, shall be\nterminated upon the institution of a foreclosure proceeding pursuant to\nthis article, and the rights and remedies of the parties in interest to\nsuch pending actions or proceedings shall be determined by the court in\nsuch foreclosure proceeding.\n
