11-09-36. Salary of subordinates - Fees paid over to treasurer
The salary of any subordinate, employee, or officer shall be set by the county manager with
the approval of the board of county commissioners. Every subordinate, employee, or officer
shall account for and pay into the county treasury all fees and compensation received for any
act or service rendered in an official capacity.
