Ohio Rev. Code § 107.61

June 7, 2011 Senate Bill 2 - 129th General Assembly The common sense initiative office is established within the office of the governor. The governor shall organize, and as it becomes necessary or advisable may re-organize, the office. The governor shall appoint professional, technical, and clerical personnel who are necessary if the work of the office is to be carried out efficiently and successfully. The employees are in the unclassified service and serve at the pleasure of the governor. The governor shall provide the office with office space, and with furnishings, equipment, and resources, as is necessary if the work of the office is to be carried out efficiently and successfully. References in law authorizing or requiring action by the "common sense initiative office" imply action being taken by relevant personnel of the office. The governor may delegate any or all of the governor's responsibilities under this section as the governor deems appropriate.
