§ 173.45. Facilities definitions

September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly As used in this section and in sections 173.46 to 173.49 of the Revised Code: (A) "Residential facility" means a residential facility licensed under section 5119.34 of the Revised Code that provides accommodations, supervision, and personal care services for three to sixteen unrelated adults. (B) "Community-based long-term care services" has the same meaning as in section 173.14 of the Revised Code. (C) "Long-term care facility" means a nursing home or residential care facility. (D) "Nursing home" and "residential care facility" have the same meanings as in section 3721.01 of the Revised Code. (E) "Nursing facility" has the same meaning as in section 5165.01 of the Revised Code.
