§ 306.73. Notice of change in transit system's territorial boundaries

July 1, 2003 Senate Bill 143 - 124th General Assembly The county transit board or a board of county commissioners operating a transit system, or the board of trustees of a regional transit authority, shall notify the tax commissioner immediately of any changes in the transit system's territorial boundaries if the board levies a tax under sections 5739.023 and 5741.022 of the Revised Code.
