§ 319.55. County sealer

July 26, 1974 House Bill 203 - 110th General Assembly The county auditor shall be county sealer of weights and measures and shall be responsible for the preservation of the copies of all standards in his possession. He shall submit such standards to the state sealer at such times as may be required by regulation of the director of agriculture. The auditor shall see that all state laws relating to weights and measures are strictly enforced throughout his county, and shall assist generally in the prosecution of all violations of such laws.
