§ 507.01. Township fiscal officer

December 20, 2005 Senate Bill 107 - 126th General Assembly A township fiscal officer shall be elected at the general election in 2007, and quadrennially thereafter in each township, and the fiscal officer shall hold office for a term of four years commencing on the first day of April next after election.
