§ 705.08. Treasurer - duties

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The treasurer shall be the custodian of all moneys of the municipal corporation, and shall keep the moneys in such manner and in such place as is determined by the legislative authority thereof. He shall pay out money only on warrants issued by the auditor.
