§ 743.41. Property not to be appropriated without consent of municipal corporation

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 743.39 and 743.40 of the Revised Code do not confer power to appropriate or confer any right in any portion of a street, alley, highway, public way, or land situated within a municipal corporation, without its consent.
