Agents - Notice of appointment

Official statutory text

No mutual benefit association shall employ paid agents without

first filing notice of appointment with the Insurance Commissioner

and paying the fees therefor stated in Section 348.1, Article 3 of

this Code; provided, that nothing herein shall prevent such

associations granting members inducements to procure new members, as

provided by law relating to fraternal beneficiary associations.
