Misappropriation of gas - Felony of grand larceny
Official statutory text
Any person or agent of a corporation, who takes gas, or aids or
abets in the taking of gas, except as herein provided, either
directly or indirectly, as an individual, officer, agent, or
employee of any corporation, shall be guilty of the Class D1 felony
offense of grand larceny, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
sentenced as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N
of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
