Director of Human Services.
Whenever the name of Department of Institutions, Social and
Rehabilitative Services appears in any law contract or other
document it shall be deemed to refer to the Department of Human
Services. Whenever the name of the Commission for Institutions,
Social and Rehabilitative Services, or Director of Institutions,
Social and Rehabilitative Services appears in any law, contract or
other document, it shall be deemed to refer to the Director of Human
Services.
Whenever the name of Department of Institutions, Social and
Rehabilitative Services appears in any law contract or other
document it shall be deemed to refer to the Department of Human
Services. Whenever the name of the Commission for Institutions,
Social and Rehabilitative Services, or Director of Institutions,
Social and Rehabilitative Services appears in any law, contract or
other document, it shall be deemed to refer to the Director of Human
Services.
