Transfer of Authorities to the Division of Planning and

The Fort Gibson Port Authority, Sallisaw Port Authority, Rogers
County Port Authority, Muskogee City-County Port Authority and the
Oklahoma Port and Development Authority are assigned to the Division
of Planning and Research, Department of Transportation, for the
purpose of advising the Division and Department as to the receipt
and use of federal funds and to receive whatever advisory
recommendations the Division and Department might offer. No powers
over these authorities may be exercised by the Department.
