expenditures - Accrual of interest income.

A. It is the intent of the Legislature that the Oklahoma State

Regents for Higher Education establish uniform standard guidelines

and criteria for all institutions of The Oklahoma State System of

Higher Education for all special accounts, special agency accounts,

or any other funds and for expenditures from such funds and

accounts.

B. Interest income from investments of monies in special

accounts and special agency accounts made through the Office of the

State Treasurer shall accrue to the fund from which the investment

was made.
