Agreements or contracts with United States

Official statutory text

The board of directors of a port authority may enter into any

agreement or contract with the United States of America or any

agency or instrumentality thereof which it may consider advisable or

necessary in order to obtain a grant of funds, a contract for

purchase of its bonds, or any other aid or assistance in connection

with the construction, addition, furnishing and equipping of any

building or facility as herein defined.
