Women admitted to practice

Any women eighteen (18) years of age or older and otherwise possessing the necessary qualifications, may be granted a license to practice law in the courts of this state. Acts 1907, ch. 69, § 1; Shan., § 5772a1; Code 1932, § 9971; Acts 1972, ch. 612, § 2; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 29-107.
