The legislative publication commonly known as the "Tennessee Legislative Record" shall be published in printed form only at the conclusion of each annual session of the general assembly or as requested by any member of the general assembly for that member's official duties; provided, that the information shall continue to be compiled, updated and available on the official website of the Tennessee general assembly during such sessions. Acts 2009 , ch. 225, § 1.
