Surveyor - Notification of violation

If the department finds a violation of a statute or rule that may be a ground for a civil penalty, the department must advise the licensee of the finding orally before concluding the survey. Added by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 688,s 2, eff. 7/1/2024.
