Records of board - Roster of registrants - Annual report

(a) The board shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of all applicants for registration showing, for each, the date of application, name, age, educational and other qualifications, place of business and place of residence, whether or not an examination was required and whether the applicant was rejected or a certificate of registration granted and the date of such action. The books and register of the board shall be prima facie evidence of all matters recorded in the books and register. (b) A roster showing the names and places of business and of residence of all registered architects, engineers, landscape architects and registered interior designers and the names and addresses of all firms, corporations and partnerships practicing architecture, engineering or landscape architecture or using the title "registered interior designer" in this state may be printed annually. (c) The board shall submit reports to the governor as required by state regulations. A copy of these reports shall be filed with the secretary of state.
