Creation - Purpose

(a) There is hereby created the North Central Tennessee railroad authority in the counties of Montgomery, Houston and Stewart. (b) This authority is intended to secure economic benefits to the above counties and to the cities of Clarksville and Cumberland City by providing for the continuation of certain railroad service in the counties of Montgomery, Houston and Stewart. Acts 1983, ch. 302, § 1.
