§ 21.468. TEACHER POSITION INFORMATION.

The agency shall collect data from school districts and open-enrollment charter schools to address teacher retention and recruitment, including the classifications, grade levels, subject areas, duration, and other relevant information regarding vacant teaching positions at districts and schools. The data may be collected through the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) or another electronic reporting mechanism specified by the agency.
