§ 30B.054. ASSESSMENTS.

Official statutory text

Except as authorized by commissioner rule, an assessment instrument administered under Section 39.023 or 39.025 to a student enrolled in a hybrid or virtual course offered under this chapter shall be administered to the student in the same manner in which the assessment instrument is administered to a student enrolled in an in-person course at the student's school district or open-enrollment charter school.
