§ 212.084. NOTICE OF PETITION SUBMISSION.
Official statutory text
If the recount coordinator determines that a recount petition does not comply with the applicable requirements but is correctable by amendment, the coordinator shall promptly give notice of the submission to each opposing candidate. The notice required by this section is in addition to the notice of approval of a petition required by Section 212.032.
