§ 371.064. LICENSE FEE; EXPIRATION.

Official statutory text

(a) Not later than the 30th day before the date the license expires, a pawnbroker shall pay to the commissioner for each license held a fee in an amount determined as provided by Section 14.107.

(b) If the fee for a license is not paid before the 16th day after the date on which written notice of delinquency of payment has been given to the pawnbroker by the commissioner, the license expires on that day.
