§ 501.405. EFFECT OF ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE EVIDENCING FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF TERMINATION.
Official statutory text
The corporate existence ends on the issuance of the certificate evidencing the filing of the certificate of termination except for the purpose of:
(1) any suit or other proceeding; and
(2) appropriate corporate action by a director or officer under this subtitle.
