§ 40.301. INTERSTATE COMPACTS.

The commissioner may enter into compacts or agreements with other states consistent with and to further the purposes of this chapter. The commissioner may also participate in initiatives to develop multistate and international standards and cooperation on unauthorized discharge prevention and response.
