§ 506.053. FAMILY MEMBERS AND GUARDIANS.

This chapter does not apply to a family member or guardian of a recipient of applied behavior analysis services who is implementing a behavior analysis treatment plan for the recipient under the extended authority and direction of a licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst.
