§ 75.01045. PLACEMENT OF CULTIVATED OYSTERS IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS WITH DEPARTMENT APPROVAL.

(a) A person may place a cultivated oyster in a natural oyster bed, a private oyster bed, or coastal waters if the department authorizes the placement in writing.
